How to Use Our Online Reservation System
Before you use our online reservation system, please familiarize yourself with how to use our clinics.
Making a Reservation
You can view all of our clinic dates on our Calendar. If a clinic date is shown on the calendar, but is not available on the reservation page, then that clinic is FULL. Before you make a reservation, you will be able to confirm that the date you have chosen has enough available openings . You must make ONE reservation for each cat, and you will receive ONE confirmation email per reservation. The emails contain important information that you will need in order to complete a Medical Record.
How to Modify Your Medical Record
After your reservation request has been accepted, you may still modify the information and print the revised Medical Record form. You will need the reservation number provided in the email confirmation you received when you made the reservation, and the email address used to make the reservation. How to Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reservation, please call our voicemail (425)673-CATS (2287) ext #2.
